What we collect

When you sign in to TripGap with Google, we store your name and email address. As you use the app, we store the trips, bookings, and expenses you add - plus any booking confirmation emails you forward to your inbound address.

Who can see your data

Only members of your family in TripGap can see your trips, bookings, and expenses. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of providers to operate the service:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure services.
• Database and authentication services.
• AI and machine learning processing services.
• Analytical services.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. A detailed list of our sub-processors is available upon request by contacting us.

Email

Emails you forward or send to your TripGap inbound address are stored so we can process them.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will react within a reasonable timeframe.
